Kinesiology is a branch of science which mainly deals with non-human or human body movement. It is a combination of physiology, anatomy, biomechanics, psychology and neuroscience. The three main principles of kinesiology are- Neuroplasticity, adaptation through training & exercise and motor redundancy.
