Abstract
Obesity is a major contributor to serious health impact in children and adults. As increase the rates of obesity in large number of people who can achieve and maintain a healthy weight is a crucial public health goal.\r\nObesity is a multifaceted problem; the management plan should be Integral and essential to all areas of the research. This helps to identify and reduce health disparities, including studies focusing on populations at disproportionate risk for obesity and its consequences. It also recogniz¬es the importance of research opportunities toward prevention and treatment of obesity across the lifespan, from children to older adults. \r\nFor better understanding process this correlates, determinants, and consequences of Obesity behavioral, social, cultural, and environmental fac¬tors. These factors can enhance the design of intervention, surveillance, and translation strategies. Obesity is an important risk factor for cardiovascular diseases such as stroke and heart attacks and for other cardiovascular risk factors such as hyperten¬sion and dyslipidemia. \r\nFurther advance obesity prevention and management through carefully de¬signed and evaluated interventions. These research areas encompass behavioral and environmental approaches to lifestyle change, from individual- and family-based to community-wide strategies, as well as medical and surgical interventions. In addition to identifying successful interventions for achieving a healthier weight, this research may also reduce the onset or severity of obesity-associated conditions and improve quality of life. The researcher has to train and adapt a multidisciplinary scientific workforce, in the laboratory, the clinic, the public health arena, and collaborations with other scientific communities\r\n

Abstract
The whole body vibration therapy (WBVT) is a new exercise technology dramatically used in sporting areas and at homes due to the small places occupy and its easy to use. The literature has shown various effects of this system on the strength, endurance, balance and recently on the endocrine hormones including testosterone, cortisole, growth hormone levels, etc. The current study aimed to study the combination effects of the resistive exercise and the WBVT with lateral translation on the level of the testosterone and cortisole in blood serum of young men. This study also aims to help finding a simple and useful method for home exercise to keep well-being and for professionals for helping their championship desire. \r\nMaterials and Methods:\r\nThirty young males playing football in the league one in Tehran were recruited in this semi-experimental study and were randomly allocated in one of the three WBVT, resistive exercise and the combination of the WBVT and resistive exercise groups. The subjects exercised one day apart for nine sessions. The WBVT was carried out in 50 Hz frequency with the lateral displacement of 4 mm. The blood samples of the subjects were taken before and immediately after the test. \r\nResults:\r\nThe results of this study showed that the combination of the WBVT and resistive exercise significantly increased the level of testosterone and decreased the cortisole level and hence could significantly increase the testosterone/cortisole ration.\r\nConclusion:\r\nThe increased level of the testosterone to cortisole in blood serum following the combined WBVT and resistive exercise revealed the anabolic nature of these exercises which could help athletes and also the normal people.\r\nKeywords:\r\nWhole Body Vibration Therapy (WBVT), Resistive exercise, Combined WBVT and resistive exercise, Testesterone, Cortisole, Testesterone / Cortisole ratio \r\n
